What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by grade and packaging. Most stabilizers and gums start at 25 kg, with bulk and container loads available for export. Share your volume in an inquiry and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your grade.
Can I request free samples before placing an order?
Yes. We provide evaluation samples for qualifying B2B inquiries so your team can validate the grade in your formulation. Request a sample with your product and application, and we will arrange dispatch.
What are your typical lead times?
Stocked grades ship within 3 to 7 working days of order confirmation. Custom or made-to-order grades and large export volumes are scheduled against production capacity, and we confirm a firm date with your quote.
Do you handle export and international shipping?
We export across regions and have supplied the USA since 2013. We support FOB and CIF terms, prepare full export documentation, and coordinate freight so your consignment clears smoothly.
Which quality certifications do you hold?
Our manufacturing operates to recognized food-safety standards, including FSSAI and ISO. We provide specification sheets, certificates of analysis, and applicable compliance documents with every shipment.
